We are My School Day Story — Lucy, Nina and Francesca — three highly experienced family and child photographers based in Beckenham with a shared passion for the beauty in the everyday. As specialists in school portraiture, we focus on creating modern, natural images that reflect each child's personality rather than the same old stiff, studio look. We also provide outdoor shelters and arrange contingency dates for prohibitively bad weather, ensuring continuity and reliability. Our approach is collaborative and low‑administration. We work with staff to build a timetable that suits your school, photographing class by class and providing printed proof cards for easy parent viewing. All orders are handled directly by us, reducing school admin. After the shoot we supply GDPR‑compliant, secure online galleries and can deliver prints either directly to parents or back to school, packaged class by class. We’ve partnered with an exceptional printer to offer beautiful, high‑quality mounted prints that families cherish. Alongside school portraits, we offer staff headshots and practical marketing libraries for schools — a selection of images formatted and ready for prospectuses, websites, newsletters and social media. While portraiture remains our core expertise, these complementary business‑facing services help schools communicate professionally and consistently across channels, subject to parental permissions where required.
