My working style is uncomplicated and friendly. Sessions take place where you feel most comfortable: in a simple studio setting, at your favourite local spot, or in your own home. I aim to put you at ease quickly with a relaxed manner and a focus on fun, so even those who don’t love being photographed can relax and enjoy the experience. That comfort shows in the images: authentic expressions, confident posture and moments that feel genuinely you. For business and professional portraits I concentrate on clarity and character. Headshots and LinkedIn photos should communicate competence and approachability at a glance; I guide you through simple direction on pose, expression and wardrobe to achieve that balance. My goal is to produce images that work across professional profiles, websites and printed materials while retaining a natural, unstaged quality. I also offer options for printed and display work, from small individual images to large wall-mounted prints, allowing clients to choose how they want to use and present their portraits. Every session begins with a short conversation so we can define the look and feel you want, then I tailor the shoot to deliver the results that matter to you. Based in Beverley, I work with local clients across East Yorkshire and accept assignments further afield when required.
