I specialise in portrait photography from my Chiswick studio, and my work is driven by one clear aim: to tell your story honestly and beautifully. Over the years I’ve worked for magazines and photographed a wide range of people—from families and children to well‑known personalities—so I know how to make a portrait that feels both flattering and true. My approach is quietly conversational. The most important thing is to make you feel comfortable quickly so that natural expressions can emerge. Whether we’re working in the studio, in your home, a favourite park or an environmental city location, I use light, movement and composition to reveal personality rather than force a look. I’m careful with natural light and equally practiced with studio lighting, always choosing what will suit the subject and the mood we want to create. Family portraiture is at the heart of what I do. I love capturing the humour and warmth between parents and children, the candid moments that make a household unique. For children I often prefer home or park sessions where they feel secure and free to play; those spontaneous interactions make the best images.
