Sessions begin with a relaxed consultation and a pamper session with professional hair and makeup by Melodie, ensuring you arrive at the shoot feeling polished and calm. Amanda guides every pose and expression with gentle coaching, drawing on years of experience to find flattering angles and natural moments. Although portraiture is the core focus, the studio is comfortable and experienced at creating a range of professional images — from intimate personal portraits to polished headshots and LinkedIn-ready business portraits. These are produced with the same care and styling as the rest of the work: intentional lighting, considered backgrounds and clear direction so even camera-shy clients feel at ease. The creative process is collaborative. Before your session Amanda talks through your goals, wardrobe preferences and the mood you want the images to convey. During the shoot she encourages playful exploration across different sets and outfits so you’ll have variety to choose from at your reveal. Privacy and choice are respected throughout: images are presented in a secure way and you decide what you’d like shared publicly.
