I specialise in portrait photography and run a relaxed, natural-light portrait studio serving East Dereham and the surrounding Norfolk area. With more than a decade photographing headshots and portfolios, my focus is simple: create honest, professional portraits that represent who you really are. Whether you need acting headshots, author portraits or a strong LinkedIn photo, I concentrate on portraits as my core craft and bring that experience to every session. My approach is built around making clients feel at ease. When you arrive we’ll have a chat to break the ice and discuss the looks you want to achieve. I work conversationally throughout the shoot — prompting poses, encouraging natural expression and showing you images as we go so we can refine them together. I believe natural light delivers the most truthful and flattering portraits, so where possible I shoot in a garden studio environment that produces honest, contemporary images. For actors and performers I consider casting needs and deliver Spotlight‑approved formats; for business clients I aim for professional portraits suited to websites, social media and LinkedIn profiles. All selected images are supplied in colour and black & white, and edited to a standard that supports both print and web use.
