With a background in Musical Theatre training at Trinity Laban and practical experience in film production and cinematography, George brings a performer’s eye and a filmmaker’s discipline to every shoot. This combination makes him especially effective at working with actors, creatives and professionals who need imagery that resonates with casting directors, clients or employers. My approach is relaxed and collaborative. Most sessions are shot using natural light to keep the atmosphere easygoing and authentic, though flash is available for specific looks. The studio offers a selection of rustic backdrops and a friendly, reassuring environment so even those new to the camera feel comfortable. I take time at the start of the session to get to know you — your strengths, aims and the roles or careers you’re targeting — so the resulting images are not just flattering but purposeful. I pride myself on practical, constructive input: from posing and wardrobe guidance to advice on how to use your images for casting, LinkedIn profiles or company branding. After the shoot you’ll view your session through Photo Workflow, a simple online gallery where you can select favourites and submit edit requests. All final images are carefully processed in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop — eyes are sharpened, blemishes corrected and tone/colour balanced to professional standards. Additional retouches and special requests are handled individually to ensure you get the exact finish you want. While portraiture is the core focus, I also support small businesses with promotional shoots and offer basic videography and product-marketing experience when projects require it.
