This collaborative in-studio process means clients leave with portraits that are well-composed, flattering and true to their personality. What makes our portrait approach special is the blend of creativity and calm. We encourage diversity and inclusivity, and we create a relaxed, conversational atmosphere so even camera-shy clients can be themselves. Before the shoot we discuss the purpose of your portrait — business profile, acting headshot, graduation or a creative concept — and tailor lighting, backdrop and styling to that brief. For business portraits and headshots we focus on clean, confident compositions suitable for professional profiles and company use. How we work with clients: sessions are collaborative and styled. You can choose a focused headshot session or a longer creative shoot such as Model for a Day or Pamper Day where styling, makeup and multiple outfit changes are available. We also offer studio hire on selected days for photographers who want access to our lighting, props and outfits. If you’re interested in improving your own skills, we run photography workshops and makeup workshops at the studio.
